South Africa has one of the highest unemployment rates in the world. Tens of millions of people are looking for work right now. Most of them are looking on WhatsApp: in community groups, through friends, through forwarded screenshots of job posts.

SebenZA starts there. We built a platform that lives in WhatsApp because that is where the market already is. Job seekers do not need to download a new app or learn a new interface. Employers and task-givers do not need to post on five different platforms and hope someone sees it.

We connect workers with verified tasks and jobs through the channel they already trust. Payments are held in escrow until the work is done. Workers build a track record with every completed task. Employers find reliable help without agency markups.

SebenZA is rooted in Ubuntu. When someone earns, their household benefits. When a business gets reliable help, it grows and creates more work. Employment is never just one person's problem or win.
